Terms and Conditions
Image Details
All images have been produced by Steve Pardue. Images have been scanned in at 300dpi for use on printed material including outdoor panels, leaflets, websites, brochures and other printed matter. The images are around A4 in width - 210mm - but if you require an image at a larger size please let us know. The images have been converted to rgb jpegs for download purposes but can be supplied on CD on request. We have included a full terms and conditions and license information below - but in general we are looking to ensure that you obtain the image you are looking for at the price you are expecting - so if anything unexpected happens during or after your purchase that affects your satisfaction please let us know and we will try to rectify the issue.
Image Returns or Errors
If you have downloaded the wrong image please contact us and we will look to rectify this at no cost by replacing the image with the correct one. If you require this replacement sent on CD there may be a small charge to cover cost of postage.
Payments
We use the following payment gateways: Nochex and Paypal. You can also buy and be billed before being provided with the download details for the selected images. If there is any problem or anything you wish to see on the website then let us know and we will try to accommodate your wishes.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Website and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Add to Cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Switch (not activated yet), Paypal, Nochex and invoice with purchase. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order right away. We will normally ship your order the same day.
Tax Charges
VAT is not charged.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted by the Payment Gateway Company - this means that we do not store credi card information.
Business Terms & Conditions of Sale
The terms and conditions listed below are for business customers. We do not have consumer terms and conditions, as these are determined by specific legislation, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Terms of Business
1. EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price (VAT at appropriate rate, currently 17.5%) unless a EU VAT number is provided.
2. Payment accepted by credit/debit card, bank transfer/draft, postal/money order, or cash. Personal cheques over £1,000 and business cheques take up to 14 days to clear. Express clearance available at a small charge.
3. Goods not sold on a trial basis.
4. Goods offered subject to being unsold. In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the contract.
5. All goods remain the property of Steve Pardue until paid for in full.
6. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Minor specification variations do not entitle the purchaser to rescind the contract. Prices may change because of currency fluctuations.
7. Claims for damage, non-functionality and miss-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
8. After this date, and in all circumstances after 28 days, repair and not replacement will be offered.
9. A restocking fee of up to 25% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective.
10. All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised by Differentia Ltd
11. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
12. We are not responsible for any consequential loss or expenses, howsoever caused, including incidental returns costs.
13. If part of these terms is found to be unlawful, it shall not affect the validity of the remainder.
Privacy Notice
Steve Pardue will not disclose buyer information to third parties.
